This is my weight loss diary. I'm doing it the healthy way, eating a lot of fruits and veggies and being active whenever I can.
To be honest I am too lazy to starve myself. That's why I still eat the same amount of food, but try to switch it to healthier(and less calorie) versions. I've already lost some weight and fit into my old shorts again (yay for that!), but there's still some belly and thigh fat I want to get rid of.
The best way to describe my goal: a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader belly and thighs.
Start weight: 68kg
Current weight: 61,2kg
Goal: 55-58kg depending on my thighs =D
